- Vanderbilt enters the SEC Tournament as the No. 6 seed after finishing tied for the fourth-best record in conference play at 11-7 – the most wins in SEC play for the Dores since 2016-17.
- The Commodores will open play on Thursday at 8 p.m. in the second round, facing the winner of the Georgia/LSU first round game.
- Vandy is looking for its third SEC Tournament title (1951, 2012).
- The Commodores are 3-3 in SEC Tournament play under Jerry Stackhouse – including 2-1 last season with wins over Georgia and Alabama in the opening two rounds.
