NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt bowling student-athletes Katelyn Abigania and Dannielle Henderson represented the Commodores on the first and second National Tenpin Coaches Association All-America teams, which were announced at Thursday night’s Final Four banquet.
Abigania is ranked fifth in the NTCA’s Player Composite Performance Index after a debut season in which she garnered all-tournament team honors at three events, including a runner-up finish at the Northeast Classic. At the end of the regular season, Abigania ranked top 5 nationally in fill frame and spare conversion percentage and top 10 in the country in three additional statistical categories.
Henderson was named a second-team All-American for the second consecutive season, ending the regular season ranked fifth in the nation with a 57.2 percent strike percentage. She is also ranked top 20 in the NTCA PCPI. During the 2025-26 season, Henderson earned all-tournament team recognition at two events, placing top 5 individually at both.
Vanderbilt now boasts 29 All-Americans, including 11 first-team members, in the program’s 22-year history.
Abigania and Henderson were also named All-Conference USA earlier this month. Abigania also earned spots on the CUSA All-Rookie and NTCA All-Rookie First Team.
The No. 2-seeded Commodores begin competition at the NCAA Bowling Championship when they play No. 3 Arkansas State Friday morning at 8 a.m. CT.
