NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Transfer Brylee Bartram has been ruled athletically eligible for Vanderbilt’s 2020-21 women’s basketball season, as announced Friday.
“We are excited for Brylee,” said head coach Stephanie White. “Since arriving on campus, she has been a tremendous asset to the program and she has been patient in this process. We are grateful for the support of our administration and compliance team, and thrilled for Brylee to have the opportunity to play this season.”
Bartram, who spent her freshman year at Florida, set the national high school career record for made three’s and was the No. 79 prospect in the nation. The 2018 Florida 4A Player of the Year played in 29 games for the Gators last season where she averaged 4.2 points per game in 14.9 minutes per contest. She shot 33.3 percent from 3-point range and made multiple threes in 12 games.
Vanderbilt is set to open its 2020-21 campaign at Little Rock with a 2 p.m tip off on Saturday afternoon.
