Dear Vanderbilt Student Body,
My team and I would like to thank you for providing an incredible home-court advantage during our win over rival Tennessee. From a student-body standpoint, you created an electric atmosphere rarely seen in women’s basketball. There is no doubt in my mind that your energy and support in the second half allowed us to overcome any momentum our opponent built.
In my 10 years at Vanderbilt, “Memorial Magic” has never been better than it was last night. With two home games remaining, I hope you will continue to be our sixth man and help make Memorial Gym the most intimidating place to play in the country.
