On the game getting away from Auburn: “It’s hard for us to stop runs on the road when you struggle to score inside. The perimeter shots weren’t going for us, we have to find somebody inside.

Did Vanderbilt do anything differently: “Even in the first half, I wasn’t real concerned. They made a lot of
shots, but we played good defense, but they just made some tough shots.” When they get it going from here, they’re hard to beat from the 3-point line.”

On the game being a first test on a new level: “It’s unbelievable. You always worry with young kids about the shock of it and the confidence level.”
