- Vanderbilt men’s basketball returns home to Memorial Gymnasium for the inaugural ACC/SEC Challenge presented by Continental Tire as the Commodores host Boston College on Wednesday. The game will air on SEC Network with Dave Neal and Jon Sundvold on the call.
- The Dores and Eagles meet for the first time since 2000 and the ninth time overall. The series is tied 4-4.
- Evan Taylor scored a season-best 25 points in the Dores’ final game in Las Vegas, one shy of his career high. The 25 points are the most by any Vandy player this season.
- Tyrin Lawrence and Ven-Allen Lubin both made their season debuts in the Vegas Showdown. Each scored in double figures in both games.
- The ACC/SEC Challenge pits the two conferences’ men’s and women’s teams against each other in 26 matchups over three days.
