Olivia Kosanovich prepped at Fairview High School. A pole vaulter, her prep best is 12′ 6″ (3.81m). As. senior in 2023, she was third in the pole vault at the USATF Colorado Association Junior Olympic Championships and was the Colorado 5A pole vault state champion. Kosanovich was the Nike Outdoor Nationals and the USATF National Youth Outdoor pole vault champion in 2022. That year, she was also the runner-up in the event at the CHSSA State Championships. In 2021, she placed 12th in the pole vault at the Colorado State Track and Field Championships.
