Will Jordan
Director of Operations
Will Jordan was named director of swimming and aquatics operations at Vanderbilt in October 2022, a role in which he supports not only the Commodore swimming program but the David Williams II Recreation Center.
His responsibilities include coordinating travel for the team, he assists with management of home meets and recruiting operations, as well as overseeing all daily pool operations.
Jordan had previously served at Mississippi State for four and a half years, beginning as facilities coordinator and then aquatics coordinator the first two years. He was then elevated to assistant director of facilities and outdoor programming. Jordan also has experience as a soccer coach, including two different stints as head coach at Impact Futbol Club and Oxford Soccer Club before serving as an assistant for the University of the South before arriving at Vandy.
He is a 2012 graduate of Mississippi State with a degree in business administration, adding a master’s degree in recreation administration from Ole Miss in 2016. Jordan and his wife, Audrey, have one daughter, Rosemary.
