• Vanderbilt makes the short trip down Broadway to open the 2024 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament against Arkansas on Wednesday night. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. on SEC Network with Tom Hart and Daymeon Fishback on the call.
• The Commodores and Razorbacks met just once in the regular season with Vanderbilt claiming an 85-82 win in Fayetteville on Feb. 27.
• Vanderbilt’s 85 points in the first meeting marked a season high for the Dores.
• Ven-Allen Lubin notched a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds against the Hogs while Ezra Manjon and Tyrin Lawrence each scored over 20 points.
• Paul Lewis scored 11 to give Vanderbilt four players in double figures.
• The Dores held a 44-26 advantage in points in the paint during the regular season meeting.
• The Commodores are 1-5 against Arkansas in SEC Tournament meetings with the last coming in 2020.
