Terms and Conditions – Vanderbilt Athletics Ticketing
All tickets include applicable taxes for the State of Tennessee
Please read the following carefully:
General
The ticket(s) you have purchased is a revocable license to attend specific event listed on the individual ticket(s). All ticket(s) should be treated like cash; The Vanderbilt Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or destroyed ticket(s). Any tickets lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed will not be replaced, this includes leaving tickets in another location. Ticket holders are responsible for safety and upkeep of their own tickets.
If the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials or other patrons, Vanderbilt University reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises. This includes but is not limited to the use of artificial noisemakers, throwing objects into the field of play or in the stands, or other behavior deemed unsportsmanlike by Vanderbilt University officials.
Ticket(s) may not distribute or resold on university property except by authorized personnel; attempting to do so will result in the revocation of those ticket(s).
Event date and time are subject to change without notice.
Tickets for Infants/Children
All fans age two (2) and older must have a ticket for admission. Any child under age 2 must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat. Any person above the age of two (2) must be assigned a ticket and sit in the assigned location.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds. No exceptions. All sales are final. Event date and time are subject to change without notice or refund.
Re-Scheduled Games/Make-up Games
Original ticket(s) from the originally scheduled game are still valid and should be used once the new game date has been determined.
If the ticket holder cannot attend the re-scheduled game, the original ticket(s) may be exchanged for ticket(s) to a future game, based on availability. Tickets may only be exchanged on a one (1) or one (1) basis. Each event has its own logistics. Additional fee or pricing may be applied.
Weather Delays
If events are adjusted due to inclement weather, the original ticket(s) are still valid for the adjusted event date/time.
Ticket Limits
You may be limited to a certain number of tickets for an event. The event listing may contain the minimum or maximum number of tickets available to each purchaser and will be verified for each transaction. This policy is intended to discourage other buyers from engaging in unfair trade and resale practices. If we learn that you are purchasing more than the pre-determined number of tickets for an event and engaging in practices that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be unfair, we will cancel your ticket purchase. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may have been lost, stolen or obtained improperly. Management reserves the right to deny admission to the holder of any such ticket.
Vanderbilt Ticket Resale Policy
The Vanderbilt Athletics Ticket Office reserves the right to cancel purchases from anyone known to be habitually reselling tickets on any form of a secondary market. Routine misconduct may result in restrictions on purchases of tickets through the Vanderbilt ticket office. Fans found to be reselling more than 50% of their tickets will have ticket purchases cancelled and future ticketing privileges suspended.
Ticket Payment
When you provide payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of changes to the payment information. We may require additional verification or information before accepting your order.
Erred or incorrect information can delay ticket processing and delivery. We will attempt to contact you using the information provided should an issue arise. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket order. If your order is cancelled after we have processed your payment, we will refund your payment. Canceled tickets may be reissued for sale.
Order Confirmation
After submitting payment, you should receive a confirmation number and a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation number or your confirmation e-mail, or if you experience an error message, it is your responsibility to contact us and confirm your order with our Ticket Office Department via email at ticket.office@vanderbilt.edu or by telephone at 615.322.4653 or 1.877.44.VANDY. We may not be aware of any problems and cannot be liable for any losses if you assume an order has been completed without confirmation.
Ticket Delivery Method
Tickets will be delivered via the delivery method selected during the purchase process. If you do
not receive your tickets ahead of the event, please contact the Vanderbilt Athletics Ticket Office at ticket.office@vanderbilt.edu or 615.322.4653 or 1.877.44.VANDY for resolution.
Likeness/Images
Ticket holder provides unrestricted rights and license to use of image or likeness for photo and video publication by institution, SEC and/or a third party granted access by the institution, captured while attending a university event. This includes any broadcast, telecast, photo or other visual content captured.
Risk
Holder of this ticket assumes all risk and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued.
You are purchasing a ticket to attend an event. Your purchase of the ticket (and attendance at the event) is your assumption of certain risks, including but not limited to the potential for injury and infection. For example, larger gatherings of people increase the possibility of person-to-person contact, which may result in greater risk of the transmission of infectious diseases (for example, COVID-19, influenza, tuberculosis, etc.), which may result in chronic illness or death. Older adults and those with pre-existing health conditions may be at greater risk. By purchasing your ticket, you acknowledge that attendance carries with it, the foregoing risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injury or infection and you voluntarily assume these risks.
Balls, pucks, and other objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite spectator shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after play or performance. If struck, immediately ask an usher for directions to a medical station. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against us, management, facilities, leagues, artists, other participants, and all of our respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.
Accessible Seating for Vanderbilt
Vanderbilt Athletics encourages fans who may need additional assistance or wheelchair seating to contact the ticket office at 615.322.4653 in advance, at least one week ahead of the date of the game. Due to limited seating capacity in Memorial Gym, Vanderbilt Stadium and some areas of Hawkins Field, wheelchair users are reserved priority placement with a maximum of one companion seat. The price of the tickets will be at face value of the event. Accessible seating is based on availability and may not be available on the day of the game.
