Vanderbilt Heads to Power Five Invitational

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Sixteen Vanderbilt track and field athletes will head to the Power Five Invitational at the University of Michigan Friday and Saturday.
 
The Commodores will open with the distance medley relay at 4:30 p.m. on Friday followed by the 200-meter dash at 5:30 p.m. that will be ran by Regan Clay, Jordan Smith and Taiya Shelby. Emily Cohen, Grace Jensen, Ginger Hutton and Kendall Derry will compete in the 800-meter run shortly after at 5:45 p.m.
 
Lauren Moffett, Reagan Bustamante and Haley Walker will join Hutton in the one mile run at 5:55 p.m.
 
Anna Grace Morgan, Gillian Mortimer and Caroline Pietrzyk are scheduled to compete in the 3000-meter run at 6:10 p.m. to cap the evening.
 
The trio of Margaret Ollinger, Caleigh Lofstead and Kristen Denk will open Saturday’s slate in the pole vault at 11:30 a.m.
 
Smith and Clay will run the 400-meter dash at 12:05 p.m. The final event for the Commodores will be the 4×400-meter relay at 1:55 p.m.
