Eric Lammers returns for his third year with Derek Mason’s program, serving as Vanderbilt’s Director of Recruiting in the player personnel office.
This marks Lammers’ fifth year with the Commodores. From 2012-14, he assisted in the Commodores’ player personnel office.
Lammers’ responsibilities include organizing unofficial and official recruiting visits, directing the Commodores’ gameday recruiting events, coordinating summer camps for high school prospects, and acting as a staff liaison with NFL personnel.
Prior to joining the Vanderbilt program in 2012, Lammers coached varsity football and taught in the Urbana (Ohio) School District.
A native of Ottawa, Ohio, Lammers earned a bachelor’s in business education from Bowling Green (Ohio) State in 2009.
Lammers is married to the former Stacy Young. They are the parents of an infant daughter, Ella.
