Meg Camery

Athletic Trainer (Cross Country, Women's Tennis)

Meg Camery joined the Vanderbilt sports medicine staff in July 2017. She is responsible for managing the healthcare for the men’s & women’s cross country & women’s tennis teams.

Meg came to the Commodores following a year-long fellowship at Harvard.  As a fellow, she participated in cardiac research with Harvard and the NFL, orthopedic surgery observation, ortho & general medical clinic assistance & observation. Throughout the fellowship, she was also responsible for caring for the Crimson’s women’s volleyball and women’s lacrosse teams.

Prior to her fellowship, Meg completed her Master’s in kinesiology at the University of Georgia, where she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the men’s and women’s track & field and cross country teams. She has also worked with USA Track & Field & USA Paralympic Track & Field as a volunteer athletic trainer.

Native of Indiana, Meg graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s in athletic training in 2014.
