Vanderbilt men’s basketball to host Pro Day on Oct. 4

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt men’s basketball will host its Pro Day at Memorial Gymnasium on Monday, Oct. 4 from 1-3 p.m.

Tennessee State University has scheduled its Pro Day later in the day from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Gentry Center to accommodate NBA personnel traveling to Nashville. The Vanderbilt Pro Day event is open to NBA personnel only, who can contact Vanderbilt men’s basketball general manager Andrew Fox at andrew.b.fox@vanderbilt.edu for more information.

Vanderbilt will open its season Nov. 10 against Alabama State at Memorial Gym. Season tickets are now available and capacity at Memorial Gym is expected to be 100 percent.

The Commodores welcome back leading scorer and All-SEC first-team selection Scotty Pippen Jr. and returning starter Jordan Wright. Several experienced transfers and three incoming four-star freshmen are also aboard for head coach Jerry Stackhouse’s third season at the helm of the Commodores.
