Several members of the Vanderbilt football program will be in attendance at the fourth Dores at the Shores, scheduled this Friday at Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort.
A group of Vanderbilt football student-athletes will be signing 2018 posters and greeting Commodore fans at Nashville Shores from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the popular waterpark, which is located on Percy Priest Lake.
Nashville Shores is offering a special daily admission price of $19.99 to Vanderbilt University employees and Commodore football fans on Friday. The special price is a $17 discount off regular daily admission.
Vanderbilt employees are asked to show their university ID to receive the discount offer, which includes family members. Vanderbilt supporters can receive the discount by telling ticket booth staffers they are Commodore fans.
Nashville Shores features exciting slides, a wave pool, lazy river, pools, a relaxing beach, and more family-friendly activities such as evening Dive-In movies. It also features the new Aqua Park, an interactive playground on the lake featuring 40 colorful, interconnected water elements including monkey bars, action towers, wiggle bridges, hurdles, and more.
The waterpark, which opens at 10 a.m., is located just east of Nashville, easily accessed off Interstate 40 at exit 221.
