Commodores make it four-straight with win over ETSU

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – After six lead changes in the first 15 minutes of play the Vanderbilt women’s basketball team pulled away, scoring 58 second half points, to beat East Tennessee State 92-71 at Memorial Gym, Tuesday night. Senior guard Jasmine Lister led the Commodores to their fourth-straight victory with a season high 26 points, 10 of which coming from the free throw line. Heather Bowe added a career-high 19 points on 8-of-9 shooting.

The `Dores shot 50.9 percent (29-of-57) from the floor and hit 29-of-38 from the free throw line.

ETSU shot 41 percent (25-of-61) and 8-of-25 from outside the arc.

Vanderbilt will be back in action on Sunday, December 15 when it heads to Hartford to take on the Hawks.
