  • No. 25 Vanderbilt hosts Central Michigan on Wednesday at the Vanderbilt Lacrosse Complex.
  • The Commodores are ranked No. 25 in the Feb. 22 IWLCA Top 25 poll.
  • Last time out, Vandy earned an 11-10 overtime win over No. 24 Colorado which was the Dores’ sixth-consecutive game against a ranked opponent.
  • Against Colorado, sophomore goalkeeper Paige Gunning made a career-high 13 saves en route to American Athletic Conference Defensive Player the Week honors.
  • Gunning is currently seventh among NCAA Division I goalkeepers with 12.5 saves per game.
  • In the Colorado victory, senior Cassidy Orban scored two goals, including the game-winning tally in overtime.
  • Central Michigan is 1-0 on the season with an 11-10 win over Marquette in the season opener. 
  • It is the first time the Commodores are playing at the Vanderbilt Lacrosse Complex this season after the home opener Feb. 21 versus No. 24 Colorado at the David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center.
