NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt swimming will host Illinois this Saturday at the first home meet of the 2021-22 season.
The meet will begin at 1 p.m. at Centennial Sportsplex. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the first 100 fans in attendance will receive a pink t-shirt.
The Dores are 2-1 this season after they edged Florida Gulf Coast in a hard-earned 151-143 dual meet victory last weekend in Fort Myers. Vanderbilt won bookend relays with victories in the 200-yard medley (1:43.76) and 200-yard freestyle (1:34.15). The team won eight races to improve their overall record to 2-1. A full recap is here.
