Schwab in European Tour Finale

Former Commodore Matthias Schwab, who has had an outstanding season on the European Tour, will take place in the European Tour finale — the DP World Tour Championship — this Thursday through Sunday in Dubai.

Schwab is ranked 16th on the European Tour for the season, and lost in a six-man playoff at the Turkish Airlines Open in his last time out.

The top 50 players in the European Tour standings this season will take part in the DP World Tour Championship.

Commodores in PGA Tour’s RSM Classic

Will Gordon and Luke List will both tee it up this weekend at the RSM Classic in Sea Island, Georgia.

The tournament will take place Thursday through Sunday on the Seaside and Plantation courses at the Sea Island Golf Club.

Humphrey Advances at Korn Ferry Q School

Former Commodore All-American and SEC Player of the Year Theo Humphrey advanced to the Final Stage of Korn Ferry Q School after advancing out of the Murrieta, California, Second Stage Q School site.

By successfully advancing through Second Stage of Q-School, Humphrey obtains Korn Ferry Tour membership for the following season, and can improve his status via Final Stage.

Final Stage will be held Dec. 12-15 at Orange County National just outside of Orlando, Florida.

Moll at Sun Bowl

Current Commodore William Moll will take part in the the Sun Bowl Marathon All-America Golf Classic in one of the premier college golf tournaments in the country. Some of golf’s brightest stars have traveled to El Paso to compete in the tournament since its inaugural year in 1974. Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler are just a handful of past participants who went on to have successful PGA careers. Sun Bowl All-America Golf Classic alumni have combined to win 54 majors championships and have earned over $2.12 billion in career earnings.

The Sun Bowl Marathon All-America Golf Classic will be held Nov. 24-26 at the El Paso Country Club, where the best college golfers in the country will look to etch their names onto the tournament’s illustrious history.
