Eric Lammers

Eric Lammers is in his fifth seasons with Derek Mason’s program in 2020, serving as director of recruiting in the team’s player personnel office.
The 2020 campaign marks Lammers’ seventh year with the Commodores. From 2012-14, he assisted in the Commodores’ player personnel office.
Lammers’ responsibilities include organizing unofficial and official recruiting visits, directing the Commodores’ game day recruiting events, coordinating summer camps for high school prospects, and acting as a staff liaison with NFL personnel.
Prior to joining the Vanderbilt program in 2012, Lammers coached varsity football and taught in the Urbana (Ohio) school district.
A native of Ottawa, Ohio, Lammers earned a bachelor’s in business education from Bowling Green State in 2009.
Lammers is married to the former Stacy Young. They are the parents of a daughter, Ella.
