Bradfield, Keegan Named Semifinalists for Dick Howser Trophy

Dick Howser Trophy semifinalists announced

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt baseball’s Enrique Bradfield Jr. and Dominic Keegan were each selected as semifinalists for the 2022 Dick Howser Trophy, announced by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association this week.

Bradfield is hitting .324 with seven home runs and 29 RBI. The center fielder from Hialeah, Florida, leads the SEC and ranks third in the nation with 41 stolen bases. He also leads the conference in runs scored (58) and triples (5).

Keegan leads Vanderbilt in hitting (.376), slugging (.665) and RBI (57). His 16 doubles are second most on the team. He’s Top 10 in the SEC in batting average, hits, doubles, RBI and on-base percentage. Keegan was recently selected as a Senior CLASS Award finalist.

Vanderbilt has multiple Dick Howser Trophy semifinalists for the second consecutive season. The last Commodore to win the award was David Price in 2007.
