Enrique Bradfield Jr. receives All-America honors from ABCA/Rawlings

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Sophomore Enrique Bradfield Jr. received All-America honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings (ABCA), the organization announced Friday.

Bradfield was named to the ABCA All-America team for a second consecutive season, this year receiving second team honors. The recognition serves as Bradfield’s second All-America nod of the postseason.

The second-year outfielder started every game for Vanderbilt this season, while posting a .317 batting average to rank third on the team. He scored a team-high 69 runs on the year, which ranks fifth in the SEC.

Bradfield led the conference in stolen bases for a second consecutive season with 46 on the campaign. He went a perfect 46-of-46 on stolen base attempts, which marks the most in the nation without getting caught.

The Hialeah, Florida, native has 93 career stolen bases and is three stolen bases shy of the Vanderbilt all-time record.
